Job Summary
A company is looking for a GenAI Contact Center Engineer to design, secure, and automate an AWS contact center platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain contact center infrastructure using AWS Connect services, ensuring operational efficiency and security
- Optimize agent and customer experience through continuous development of contact flows and analytics
- Develop AI capabilities and manage cloud infrastructure costs while creating operational dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact centers, including documentation and collaboration with teams
- Experience troubleshooting audio quality and network diagnostics related to WebRTC
- Proficiency in programming, including Lambda functions and AI development
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage day-to-day priorities
