Public Trust HCM Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time HCM Configuration Analyst will execute configuration tasks across Core HR and related HCM modules, support migration and validation activities, and contribute to contract deliverables while requiring an active Public Trust clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute assigned configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, and self-service HCM modules
- Support configuration migration and validation across non-production environments
- Build and execute test scripts, logging and tracking defects throughout the process
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration
- 1-3 years of experience in an HCM or enterprise application support role
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform
