Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring and Incident Response Team Member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Tier 1/2 Service Desk escalations via ticketing systems, phone, or Microsoft Teams
  • Support continuous (24/7/365) network and service monitoring and coordinate incident communications
  • Produce after-action reports and perform network monitoring and first-level troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2013
