Public Trust IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the contract team, the full-time remote Public Trust IT Business Analyst will update and maintain technical documentation and artifacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of IT/OT systems information.

Key responsibilities

• Rebaseline outdated artifacts and system documentation to reflect the current operational state of IT/OT systems
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to document system architecture details and operational characteristics
• Participate in incident management activities, facilitating root cause analysis to identify systemic issues

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; an active Public Trust or DHS suitability is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting IT systems and documentation
• Experience documenting IT systems, architectures, and technical artifacts
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis concepts
