Job Summary
To support a large federal government client, the full-time remote Public Trust IT Business Analyst will collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions, conduct thorough analysis and research, and develop metrics to track project performance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value
- Conduct analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance and ensure alignment with client objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a public trust government background investigation
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products, including Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and MS Excel
