Public Trust IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Information Technology Project Manager to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT initiatives
• Conduct technology risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks
• Monitor and oversee multiple concurrent tasks lasting 4-6 months

Required Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a lead role
• Master's degree in a related technical field preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification required
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST, and IT security principles is highly desirable
