Public Trust IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME Information Technology Project Manager to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, complex IT initiatives and provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and monitor multiple concurrent tasks related to IT project and program management
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other relevant frameworks while providing technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project and program management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM Level III certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST Special Publications, and IT security principles
