Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 IT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user requests through various communication channels and log incidents in the ITSM system
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and provide basic support to end users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers and maintain communication regarding ticket status
Required Qualifications
  • Must possess an active Public Trust (or higher) at the time of application
  • Experience in customer or technical support in a help desk environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and follow established procedures
  • Experience using ticketing or IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
  • Ability to document issues and maintain accurate records
