Public Trust Licensed UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to support the development of a new software application for online scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform the design of the application
• Develop user personas, user stories, and user workflows based on research findings
• Create and maintain user journey maps and wireframes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
• Experience with user story creation, persona development, and user workflow mapping
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and other design-related documentation
• Must possess a Public Trust clearance; preferably from the Department of State
