Public Trust Master Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Owning and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a federal IT contract program, the full-time Public Trust Master Project Scheduler will ensure schedule accuracy, resource alignment, and execution transparency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the Integrated Master Schedule supporting multiple O&M projects
• Lead the consolidation of project schedules across various technical and operational teams
• Analyze schedule risks and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust or DHS suitability preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or program control in a federal IT environment
• Expert-level experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for large, multi-project programs
• Proficiency with enterprise scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera
