Job Summary
Providing expert support in policy development and operational analysis, the full-time Public Trust Program Operations Policy SME will perform data acquisition, validation, and reporting while collaborating with senior leaders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage studies, analysis, and policy development for Health Services Policy and Oversight (HSP&O)
- Support senior government leaders with task execution, including scheduling, logistics, and preparing executive correspondence
- Develop analytical reports and conduct research to assess program effectiveness and support health policy initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare-related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare administration or operations, preferably supporting the Defense Health Agency
- Working knowledge of Health Policy is required
- Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or similar programs preferred
- Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills
