Job Summary

Providing expert support in policy development and operational analysis, the full-time Public Trust Program Operations Policy SME will perform data acquisition, validation, and reporting while collaborating with senior leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage studies, analysis, and policy development for Health Services Policy and Oversight (HSP&O)
  • Support senior government leaders with task execution, including scheduling, logistics, and preparing executive correspondence
  • Develop analytical reports and conduct research to assess program effectiveness and support health policy initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; healthcare-related field preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare administration or operations, preferably supporting the Defense Health Agency
  • Working knowledge of Health Policy is required
  • Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or similar programs preferred
  • Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills
