Public Trust Release Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the enterprise Release Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the coordination, planning, and execution of releases across multiple teams and technical domains while ensuring integration with change and release management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead release planning and dependency management, ensuring alignment with configuration and change management processes
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning activities and manage delivery plans with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
• Track release progress, risks, and performance metrics using Agile methodologies and ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; an active Public Trust or DHS suitability is preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a Release Manager or Release Train Engineer in enterprise IT environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based change and release management processes
• Experience applying Agile and SAFe frameworks, including PI planning and cross-team coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in IT service management or Agile program delivery roles
