Job Summary
Leading the development and management of information security policies, the full-time Lead Security Policy / Training Manager will oversee the NIH/OD Information Security Awareness Program and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development, review, and maintenance of NIH/OD information security policies and governance documentation
- Manage the NIH/OD Information Security Awareness Program, including designing and implementing training initiatives
- Monitor and analyze emerging federal cybersecurity legislation and ensure policy compliance across the organization
Required qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity governance, or security program management
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise security policy or awareness programs
- Experience supporting Federal civilian agencies or large enterprise organizations
