Public Trust Senior Technology Developer

Job Summary

To support government clients, the remote Public Trust Senior Technology Developer will lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions across ServiceNow, AI, and Salesforce platforms while ensuring alignment with mission objectives and managing complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications and lead AI/ML initiatives to enhance enterprise platforms
• Manage complex, multi-technology projects involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, and AI implementations
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business requirements and mission objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven enterprise-scale implementations
• 3+ years implementing AI solutions or machine learning models in enterprise environments
• 5+ years leading cross-functional technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Experience with federal requirements and cybersecurity frameworks
