Job Summary

Providing senior leadership for enterprise ITSM and ITOM capabilities, the full-time remote Public Trust ServiceNow Team Lead will manage ServiceNow operations and enhancements, ensuring 24x7 availability, rapid incident response, and compliance with service management objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert and Technical Team Lead for ITSM and ITOM capabilities
  • Lead backlog prioritization, design, and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements focused on automation and standardization
  • Manage operations and maintenance activities for ServiceNow, ensuring platform performance and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust or DHS suitability preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior support of enterprise ITSM platforms
  • ServiceNow ITSM expertise in federal or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance leadership for mission-critical IT services
