Public Trust Software Developer

Job Summary

To support a large Healthcare program, the full-time Public Trust Software Developer will design and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform while collaborating with stakeholders and Agile teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive solution design and delivery across Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Implement modern, AI-assisted development practices to enhance delivery and maintain strong engineering standards
• Lead technical discussions and guide implementation across the Power Platform while ensuring compliance with policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust (Level 4) clearance
• Experience delivering complex solutions end-to-end in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of ALM practices for Power Platform and multi-environment delivery
• Proficiency in customization/integration using JavaScript, C#, or HTML/CSS
