Job Summary

Seeking a part-time remote Publication Production Artist, the ideal candidate will prepare high-quality working files, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with the Design team to produce visually appealing magazine layouts while working 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality working files for final design execution and publication production
• Meet daily deadlines while following established workflows, file setup standards, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Design team to support shared goals and assist with production-focused design tasks

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• A portfolio showcasing magazine layout samples
• Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule for up to 25 hours per week
• Strong organizational skills and motivation to meet deadlines efficiently
• Adaptability in a changing environment
