Job Summary
Identifying and closing new digital publisher partnerships, the remote Publisher Development Manager will negotiate terms, conduct outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth for digital media outlets across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new publisher partnerships while negotiating favorable terms
- Conduct discovery calls and product presentations to advance partnership discussions
- Manage high-volume outreach campaigns and track pipeline activity in CRM tools
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech focused on publisher growth or partnerships
- Proficiency in using HubSpot and managing outreach campaigns
- Experience converting outreach to signed partnerships with digital publishers
- Strong understanding of publisher monetization and engagement strategies
- Existing network of US digital publishers and experience negotiating complex deals
