Job Summary
A company is looking for a Publisher Support Manager who will act as an AdOps expert and the first point of escalation for customer support and yield teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Address cases in the support ticketing system and escalate complex issues to the Support Engineering team
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and instructions in tickets, resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to set up and QA new publishers as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Advertising Operations/Publisher Support experience
- Available to work in EST or PST time zone
- Comfortable troubleshooting HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and strong understanding of Excel and Google Products
- Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising world
