Publisher Support Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried position, the Publisher Support Manager will assist in troubleshooting issues on publishers' websites, enabling features or products, and trafficking direct ad campaigns while collaborating with various departments to enhance revenue for publishers.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting ad quality concerns, new product implementations, and data discrepancies on publisher sites
• Creating and optimizing ad placements, including adjusting settings and enabling new products
• Setting up direct-sold and PMP campaigns, providing reports, and optimizing delivery to meet KPIs

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management
• General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, and CRM software
• Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, Google Products, and direct-sold campaigns
• A strong technical background with the ability to read ad code; knowledge of CSS is a plus
