Publishing Strategy Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the VP, Associate Publisher, the full-time remote Publishing Strategy Associate will conduct research, analyze trends, and communicate performance metrics related to the Macmillan Children's Publishing list while collaborating across various departments to execute projects and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and distributing reports on book sales and promotion performance
• Conducting data analysis related to inventory management
• Facilitating key performance analysis conversations and monitoring pricing updates

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in publishing operations or a related field
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Strong project management skills
• Self-directed and process-oriented
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
