Job Summary

Offering a PRN opportunity, the Puerto Rico Licensed Clinical Trial RN will provide professional nursing care services for clinical trials, focusing on patient assessments, data collection, and collaboration with stakeholders during evening, weekend, and after-hours shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collect data according to clinical trial protocols
• Provide nursing care to acute and complex patient populations while ensuring compliance with study protocols
• Document clinical assessments and report variances to the research team as per escalation protocols

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, with clinical trial experience preferred
• Current valid RN license in Puerto Rico; additional state licensure preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English
