Puerto Rico Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Driving quality software production, the full-time remote Puerto Rico Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA engineers, refine testing processes, advocate for automation, and ensure effective use of AI tools in quality engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and champion existing Quality Engineering processes across the organization
• Advocate for and implement automated testing, converting manual tests to automated formats
• Oversee career development for QA engineers, conducting regular one-on-ones and identifying improvement areas

Required qualifications

• Experience with AI tools for testing, such as Cursor, Playwright AI, or Robot framework
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor QA engineers of all levels
• Strong background in testing methodologies within an agile development environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage
