Job Summary
Managing a defined territory pipeline, the full-time remote Pump Sales Associate will convert warm leads into active opportunities while focusing on building selling skills and product knowledge to meet patient needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a pipeline of new and renewal customers through outbound calls, ensuring follow-up from inquiry to order
- Handle inbound calls to provide support, product information, and initiate the sales process
- Document interactions in CRM while adhering to HIPAA compliance and established sales scripts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- 1-year recent experience in a sales support role, preferably in medical devices or technology
- Experience in patient diabetes education and knowledge of diabetes therapies
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and handle calls in a customer service environment
- Computer competency including MS Office and CRM systems
