Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract, the Purchase Order Management Analyst will manage purchase requisition intake, create and track purchase orders, and resolve vendor maintenance and invoice issues while supporting operational leaders in purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Requisition Request Form process and raise purchase requisitions in ARIBA
  • Resolve invoice holds and payment processing issues while supporting requisition queries
  • Develop and improve processes for expenditure management and purchasing discipline
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of ARIBA purchasing systems and SAP ERP platform
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to interact with senior leadership and suppliers
  • Ability to innovate and develop processes for continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
