Purchase Requisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support laboratory and business operations, the full-time remote Purchase Requisition Preparation Specialist will prepare, monitor, and manage purchase requisitions for goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, monitor, and manage purchase requisitions for direct and indirect goods and services
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners across multiple departments
• Assist with the development and maintenance of purchasing operations documentation in compliance with company procedures

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of purchasing experience required
• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or clinical laboratory industry preferred
• Understanding of purchase-to-pay concepts and processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications and ERP systems is a plus
