Job Summary
Supporting purchasing and supply chain operations, the full-time remote Purchasing Administrative Assistant will manage supplier communications, assist with order tracking, and maintain accurate purchasing records while collaborating with teams in Korea and Costa Mesa.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Supply Chain team
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchase orders and shipments
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation within the ERP system
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working within an ERP system; SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Bilingual Korean/English is preferred, but not required
