Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and manage purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Negotiate with vendors to improve pricing and monitor vendor performance
- Identify and manage slow-moving inventory and coordinate stock adjustments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the door hardware industry
- Solid working knowledge of commercial door hardware
- Fluent in min/max or reorder-point logic; advanced Excel/Sheets skills
- Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
