Purchasing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Analyst to join their procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the procurement of indirect materials and services, including covers and fabrics
• Negotiate proposals and manage commercial activities with suppliers
• Develop and execute supplier and commodity strategies to support procurement and manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 6 years of purchasing experience, including raw materials
• Experience with purchasing modules in major ERP systems; SAP MRP experience is required
• Strategic sourcing experience, including supplier management
• History of delivering significant savings projects
