Purchasing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Research product status with suppliers and update relevant systems
• Contact carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders in transit
• Create and manage purchase orders while addressing issues with inventory control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• 0-2 years of Inventory Supply experience or a related combination of education and experience
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage large data sets
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications
