Purchasing Analyst

Job Summary

To support procurement efforts, the full-time Purchasing Analyst will focus on sourcing fabrics and covers, managing supplier negotiations, and ensuring materials flow smoothly through processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the procurement of indirect materials and services, including negotiating proposals with suppliers
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop business requirements and improve procurement processes
• Manage contract database and maintain procurement records in accordance with corporate guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 6 years of purchasing experience, particularly with raw materials
• Experience with purchasing modules in major ERP systems, specifically SAP MRP
• Demonstrated strategic sourcing experience and supplier management skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a history of delivering significant savings projects
