Purchasing Buyer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Purchasing Buyer will manage procurement activities, place purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels to support the Logistics/Supply Chain team while ensuring cost efficiency and timely material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Procures materials and services at optimal costs while adhering to quality and urgency requirements
• Reviews project demands regularly and adjusts supplier settings to align with dynamic supply needs
• Works with suppliers to track order information and provides updates on shipping status

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Materials Planning
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma
