Job Summary

Managing strategic sourcing and contract administration tasks, the full-time Purchasing Contract Administrator will analyze proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual terms while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the solicitation of bids and proposals, analyzing responses to determine financial impact
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures for supplies, materials, and services
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain cooperative relationships with department heads
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
  • Expertise in healthcare contracting and strategic sourcing methodologies
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract negotiations
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology and high-cost surgical implants/devices
  • Experience in conducting supplier business reviews and spend analytics
