Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to provide procurement support to the Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process purchase requisitions from internal departments
  • Place orders and ensure competitive pricing of products and services
  • Monitor orders for accurate and timely delivery and contract compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree in supply chain or accounting preferred
  • One year of purchasing or accounting experience preferred
  • Previous experience with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems preferred
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor in all business transactions
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
