Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Communicate with suppliers and maintain accurate supplier information and documentation
- Support inventory tracking and data management to maintain optimal stock levels
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced procurement role
