Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Communicate with suppliers and maintain accurate supplier information and documentation
  • Support inventory tracking and data management to maintain optimal stock levels
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
  • Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced procurement role
