Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator (PRIME Division) to support day-to-day operations and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily purchasing tasks, including addressing parts issues, quality concerns, and supplier communications
- Collaborate with the Senior Purchasing Manager on cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in the Engineering Change Orders process and resolve delivery issues with suppliers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a buyer
- 7 years of experience in purchasing and acquisition
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years of experience in new product introduction
- Familiarity with technical data sheets and commodity sourcing
