Job Summary
Supporting procurement and vendor coordination activities, the full-time hourly Purchasing Coordinator will manage order processing, maintain accuracy throughout the purchasing lifecycle, and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process product and service orders with vendors, ensuring accuracy in order details
- Support renewal processing activities and maintain accurate records related to purchasing and renewals
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, or related fields
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar professional services automation platform preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
