Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the part-time contract Purchasing Coordinator will manage procurement communications, process purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics, and coordinate with vendors in a remote environment for a 3-month duration with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor a shared procurement email inbox for timely requests and vendor communications
  • Process purchase orders and acknowledgments while tracking orders using ERP reports
  • Coordinate with national and international vendors, maintaining inventory levels and prioritizing orders based on sales team direction
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience supporting high-volume SKU environments is preferred
