Job Summary

Defining and owning the global digital standard for purchasing execution, the full-time remote Global Process Digital Authority in Purchasing will manage the purchasing cycle from requisition creation to goods receipt, focusing on automation, standardization, and integration across all sites.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and implement the global digital blueprint for purchasing execution in collaboration with local teams
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing to align transactional purchasing with supplier management and ensure data quality
  • Lead the automation of purchasing decisions and monitor process outcomes to drive standard adoption and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or materials management in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing execution in ERP environments, including SAP or Oracle
  • Proven track record in defining process standards and driving adoption across multi-site networks
  • Experience translating purchasing process requirements into functional specifications for technology teams
