Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will oversee all aspects of purchasing for home renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance
• Negotiate costs and source new products to improve quality and reduce expenses
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs while managing contractor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus
