Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance
• Negotiate costs and source new products to enhance quality and aesthetics of renovations
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs while managing contractor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus
