Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for bidding, managing, and negotiating all contracts for home renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance
• Negotiate costs and source products to lower expenses while improving quality and aesthetics
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets, and recruit new contractors and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is a plus
