Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Purchasing who will oversee procurement operations remotely in Ohio or Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise purchasing functionality and manage a team of buyers supporting over 1.5 million purchase orders annually
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies in buying processes and support training for procurement functions
  • Implement and track key functional metrics to measure departmental performance and manage supply chain risks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with seven years of experience, or an Associate's degree with eight years of experience, or a Master's degree with three years of experience
  • Three years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to research and troubleshoot problems
  • Experience with ERP systems and project management is preferred
