Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing and purchasing activities for engineering, construction, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure a continuous supply of materials and equipment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to source specialized components and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to align procurement with production needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certification preferred
• 10+ years of purchasing experience in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical environment
• 2+ years of managerial experience overseeing procurement operations
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills in a project-based procurement environment
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance requirements, and ERP systems
