Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards
- Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track product-related line items
- Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with sales groups on transactional contracts
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of purchasing experience or relevant roles
- Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
- Self-management skills and adaptability to changes in priorities
