Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards
  • Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track product-related line items
  • Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with sales groups on transactional contracts
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of purchasing experience or relevant roles
  • Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
  • Self-management skills and adaptability to changes in priorities
