Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist, remote (Mountain or Pacific Time Zones).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders in accordance with service-level agreements
  • Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track product line items for proof of delivery
  • Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with sales groups on transactional contracts
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of purchasing experience or relevant roles
  • Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
  • Self-management skills with adaptability to changes and fast-paced environments
  • Flexible work schedule availability is required
