Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist, remote (Mountain or Pacific Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders in accordance with service-level agreements
- Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track product line items for proof of delivery
- Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with sales groups on transactional contracts
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of purchasing experience or relevant roles
- Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
- Self-management skills with adaptability to changes and fast-paced environments
- Flexible work schedule availability is required
