Purchasing Specialist

Job Summary

To support telecom network construction and maintenance, the full-time Purchasing Specialist will manage procurement, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination, ensuring materials are available at the right time and quality level.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and expedite purchase orders for network equipment and materials
• Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment activities to maintain optimal stock
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for projects and resolve supply issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Two to five years of experience in purchasing, materials management, or supply chain
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
