Purchasing Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist III / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage purchase requests and shopping carts within procurement systems
• Execute and track the full purchase order lifecycle from creation through closeout
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers to resolve order issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 3+ years, or High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or P2P operations
• Experience working with purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice processing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
