Purchasing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Team Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders timely while obtaining proper approvals
• Address vendor issues and provide timely resolutions and/or potential solutions
• Reconcile purchase orders and support co-workers with various customer service issues

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Purchasing or Customer Service in a high-volume environment
• Strong working knowledge of purchasing processes, including vendor negotiation and order placement
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume purchasing environment
• Professional, customer-focused approach when working with internal partners, customers, and vendors
