Pursuit and Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join their US Mobility Winning Pursuits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate capture planning, strategy development, and proposal activities
• Manage proposal development, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and effective communication of win strategies
• Conduct market research and support proactive pipeline management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry as a marketing, pursuit, proposal, or business development specialist
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional/technical writing, or a related field
• Experience in proposal development processes and persuasive writing
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• CPSM or APMP Certification is preferred but not required
